Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 12 oz. box of roasted red pepper and tomato soup
- 1-2 cans of green beans
- 3 cups rice
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- Black pepper
- Cook rice in rice cooker
- Brown turkey in a skillet with a bit of olive oil
- Place rice in a 9x13 in. baking dish
- Add turkey, green beans, and soup
- Mix together
- Sprinkle cheese on top and add black pepper
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
