veggie wraps

This is a really tasty, light, and quick meal. You can also customize it all you want with different veggies, sauces, and cheese. You could even add some grilled chicken if just veggies isn't your thing. Here's how I recently made it and the flavors worked very well together.

  • 1 summer squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • grey poupon
  • white honey balsamic salad dressing
  • sharp white cheddar cheese
  • whole grain tortillas
  1. Sautée veggies in a skillet with a bit of olive oil and pepper
  2. Place tortillas on a plate, spread Grey Poupon on tortilla
  3. Add a couple slices of white cheddar cheese, veggies, and a bit of salad dressing
  4. Wrap up and enjoy!
Tip: I use a toothpick to keep the wrap together.
