Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pasta noodles of your choice
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can tomato paste
- Water equivalent to 2 empty cans of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- Boil water in a large pot, add pasta and cook until noodles are to your liking.
- While pasta cooks, brown turkey in a large skillet with olive oil, garlic, and onion. Stir frequently.
- While turkey cooks, mix tomato paste with water; add italian seasoning.
- Pour sauce over the thoroughly cooked turkey.
- Drain pasta when done and add to turkey and sauce.
- Mix well and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
