grilled cheese sandwiches

There is nothing quite like a good grilled cheese sandwich! We like to make ours spicy and on homemade bread.

Ingredients

• Bread
• Pepper jack cheese, sliced
• Butter
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• Chipotle Tabasco

Directions

1. Butter bread
2. Add cheese, onions, and Tabasco to bread
   
3. Grill on skillet with a bit of olive oil (flipping occasionally) or use a sandwich maker
4. Serve with tomato soup
