Irish Soda Bread

Irish Soda Bread

4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 eggs beaten
2 c. buttermilk
2 T. butter, melted

Blend ingredients until just moist. Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
I sometimes half the recipe and put into a square baking dish and that works fine too.
