quick, easy, refreshing

flat bread baked at 450 for 8 minutes cause i like it to have some crunch
hummus or cream cheese is good too
diced chicken seasoned with lemon pepper and dill
spinach
grilled green bell peppers
roma tomatoes
feta cheese
fresh squeezed lemon juice to top it off

  4. don't worry melissa, nothing i do is too fancy. in fact i just do simple, easy, and what i have in my fridge. i complain to my husband that i only make the same 6 meals on rotation, but he doesn't seem to mind so i guess i will just keep doing it.
