- Flesh of one mango
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 t. red wine vinegar
- 2 t. rice vinegar
- 2 t. olive oil
- dash of salt
- 1/4 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper (optional)
Puree everything except for half of the basil until smooth. Then add the basil and enjoy with your favorite salad!
