Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- A little water to thin the tomato paste
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Chili powder (to your liking)
- Ground pepper (to your liking)
- Hamburger buns
- Brown the turkey in a large skillet with a bit of olive oil
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery
- Add the tomato paste and water to thin the sauce
- Add the BBQ sauce
- Cook until the veggies are to your liking
- Serve on homemade hamburger bun
I literally think this exact thing every time I make them. Looks delish!
