onion rings

I made these the other night and WOW! The best onion rings ever! The best part is they aren't deep fried in nastiness. Enjoy!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large sweet onion

  1. Slice onion into fat rings
  2. Mix bread crumbs and pepper together
  3. Dip onion in egg
  4. Then dip in bread crumb mixture
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes
