I made these the other night and WOW! The best onion rings ever! The best part is they aren't deep fried in nastiness. Enjoy!Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 large sweet onion
Directions
- Slice onion into fat rings
- Mix bread crumbs and pepper together
- Dip onion in egg
- Then dip in bread crumb mixture
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes
i cant ever seem to keep up with all the onions in our produce co-op so this sounds like a delightful solution!
