refrigerator rolls

these are perfect for sundays.

2 TBL yeast
1/4 C warm water
combine and set aside
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C shortening
1 C hot water
combine for a short melt
mix the two bowls together then add
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp salt
4 1/2 C flour
mix well.
the dough will be sticky
next put it in an air tight container like tupperware or something with a tight fitting lid. the dough will need some room to grow too.
when you pull it out it will look something like this.
then flour up your counter and knead in flour till no longer sticky and the dough has a good consistency.
rolls into ball shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet.
let raise 1/2 hour then pop in the oven preheated to 375 for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
