peppermint bark

I know the holiday season is over, but here is a super quick and impressive looking treat that you can try next year. I always get lots of ooos and ahhhs because it looks so fancy. If only people knew how easy it was! Try it!

  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips
  • Several candy canes
  1. Smash up the candy canes so that it stills have tiny chunks, but is sort of powdery too
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a bowl
  3. Stir in most of the candy cane pieces, but save some for the top
  4. Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper
  5. Sprinkle the remaining candy canes on top
  6. Stick it in the freezer until hard
  7. Once it is hard, break it up into pieces

  1. Jacen LOVES white chocolate. Maybe it could be good for valentines day too. Perhaps use peppermint and through in some heart shaped sprinkles too?

I'll work on getting a picture to you. I'm so not photogenic.

  2. it's like your peanut butter fudge. so easy and so delightful.
