Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. natural peanut butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Mix together and form small balls. Criss cross with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
When mine cooled, I dipped in semi-sweet chocolate.
