Ingredients
- Penne pasta
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mystery white cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- Ground pepper
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Cook pasta according to directions on package
- While pasta cooks, place butter, garlic, and onion is a sauce pan and cook them until they start to golden
- Add evaporated milk, flour, 3 cheeses, pepper
- Still until sauce is smooth
- Drain pasta then put it back into the pot
- Pour cheesy sauce onto pasta and mix well
- Place tomato and green onion on top
